SHIPPING POLICY
We ship worldwide. The order can be sent from Serbia or Russia.
The purchase will be packed in a secure tube with appropriate security measures. The parcel will be sent within five working days. Upon shipment, the buyer will receive a tracking number.
The shipping cost will be calculated automatically depending on the weight of the goods. Please note that delivery times for overseas economy mail vary depending on your country’s customs office. Economy mail in Europe takes around 2–3 weeks. Standard deliveries to the USA and Canada can take up to 30 days; if your item has not been delivered after 30 days, please respond to this message, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Local taxes will be included in your order's total.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for customized or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us with supporting evidence (e.g., photos) so we can assist you with a replacement or refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
