ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
Usually within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide whenever postal services and customs regulations allow.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Every parcel is shipped with tracking. Once your parcel reaches the destination country and clears customs, tracking is usually also available through your local postal service, often with more detailed information about the final stage of delivery.
Where are orders shipped from?
Depending on the product, orders may be dispatched from Serbia or Russia. More information can be found on the Shipping & Returns page.
What happens if my order includes a pre-order item?
If your order includes both available and pre-order items, they will normally be shipped together once all items are ready. If you prefer separate shipping, please contact us before ordering. Additional shipping charges may apply.
ILLUSTRATED CALENDARS
Are your calendars limited editions?
Yes. Every calendar is printed in a limited edition and is not reprinted once sold out.
Are previous editions still available?
Some earlier editions occasionally become available while supplies last.
SILK SCARVES
What fabric do you use?
All scarves are made from 100% silk and professionally printed with vibrant, permanent dyes. Each scarf is carefully finished and individually inspected before shipping.
How should I care for my scarf?
To preserve the beauty of your silk scarf, we recommend gentle hand washing in cool water with a mild silk detergent or professional dry cleaning. Avoid wringing, tumble drying, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Iron on a low silk setting from the reverse side if needed.
PAYMENTS
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are securely processed through Stripe using major international credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other supported payment methods available in your region.
Please note that bank cards issued in Russia cannot currently be used through Stripe due to payment restrictions. If this applies to you, please contact us at art@irinavinnik.com and we'll do our best to arrange an alternative payment method.

May I reproduce or use your artwork?
No. Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
