Whether you're ordering an illustrated calendar, an original artwork, or a silk scarf, every order is prepared with great care. We do our best to ensure that each package arrives safely, beautifully presented, and ready to enjoy.
SHIPPING
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Every order is carefully packed and shipped with a tracking number. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
PREORDERS
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will normally be shipped together once all items are available.
If you would prefer to receive the available items separately, please contact us before placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
WHERE ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM
Different items are stored in different locations. Depending on the product, your order may be shipped from Serbia or Russia.
In some cases, an item may be transferred between locations before dispatch to ensure the most reliable shipping route. If this is necessary, please allow a little extra processing time.
Every order is carefully packed and shipped with a tracking number.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Orders are shipped via national postal services, primarily Pošta Srbije (Serbian Post) and Russian Post. Once your parcel has reached the destination country and cleared customs, tracking information is usually also available through the website of your local postal service.
In some cases, the local postal service may provide more detailed or up-to-date tracking information for the final stage of delivery.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services.
Europe — 20-30 business days
North America — 30-35 business days
Rest of the World — 35-40 business days
A note about delivery times
International shipping has become less predictable in recent years, and delivery times may vary considerably even for parcels sent to the same destination. The estimates above are based on our experience, but should be treated as approximate rather than guaranteed.
Over many years of shipping my work worldwide, I have had only a very small number of parcels returned and none permanently lost. Orders do reach their destinations — sometimes they simply take a little longer than expected.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
RETURNS
If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Whenever possible, include photographs of both the packaging and the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that original artworks, limited editions, and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
